As a Company Heritage acknowledges the need to be flexible. We can therefore undertake new build projects through either the traditional form of contract where the client appointed consultant takes the lead or through the design and build form of contract where we will work with motivated consultants or appoint our own consultants to work with our client from project inception to completion.
We can assist and advise the client from initial land purchase through various stages of planning, complete the construction of building shells, undertake fit out programmes and provide fully completed and finished turnkey build projects that are ready to move in to.
Through both routes and from any stage we will endeavour to ensure that projects are completed on time and to standards and specifications set too us by our clients.
